BIOGRAPHY


Farai Engelbrecht was born in 1996 in Rustenburg. Farai recently graduated from Michaelis School of Fine Art at the University of Cape Town, obtaining an honours degree in Fine Art. He applied on the day he wrote his final exam because he knew that the only thing that gave him joy was making art. He received a full bursary and two weeks later he found himself in Cape Town. He commuted with his bicycle through the city and through his experience, he was influenced by the urban landscapes and architectures.
