BIOGRAPHY
After graduating in architecture from the University of Venice, Belotti began working in research, restoration, city planning and industrial design. Belotti remains a somewhat elusive figure in the pantheon of Italian contributors to modern design; however his Spaghetti Chair lives on as a firm imprint in the cultural consciousness as a formidable object, commercially copied but never forgotten.
