BIOGRAPHY


Informed by rationalist design theory, Rodney Kinsman is one such figure who set the tone during the 1980s into what would become known in the 1990s as minimalism; in which a relentless dedication to function plays the central role in curating an aesthetic imprint. Founder of design firm OMK, Kinsman is noted for the “Transit” seating system which can be found at over 100 airports worldwide.
